Do you sell gift cards?
No, unfortunately, at this time we do not have them available. We are working on that.
What are the payment options?
At this time Art Inspired Creations only accepts cards or digital payments, sorry for the inconvenience. If you buy from a featured member they may have their own method of payment via digital payments like Paypal, Cashapp, or Zelle for example.
Returns may happen if the product/s is shipped back within 30 days from the date of received delivery. Art Inspired Creations does not pay for return shipping, we apologize. Please email us at artinspiredcreations@gmail.com with the subject "unhappy return" to start the return process. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide in the email details about your return so we can better service you in the future. A refund will be issued once the product/s is shipped back and in our possession.

You don't need a silver membership subscription to buy from Art Inspired Creations or the featured members. Each membership subscription is catered to each individual's personal needs. If you want to be inspired? Try our mystery project box subscription. Try a silver membership to buy art and handmade things, and talk to featured members. Want to sell your artwork and handmade things? Become a featured member. Want to be a featured member who gets a monthly project box? Try our gold membership subscription.
What is the silver membership?
The silver membership allows you to buy from Art Inspired Creations and the featured members in the form. It has a referral and purchase program that helps you get store discounts! Get 50 points by signing up. Get points every transaction. Once you collect 1000 points, you get store credit! You can not use points until you reach 1000 points. You can use store credit in one transaction only. Any unused points, will automatically roll over to the next redemption cycle. 1000 points can be claimed at a time. This membership is free!
What is the monthly mystery project box membership subscription?
Get a new project mailed to you monthly! Are you looking for inspiration or something new to try? This is perfect for you! Each create kit comes with a project with instructions, along with the supplies to do it. This subscription also has all the perks of the silver membership! This mystery project box membership subscription is only $50 a month!
What is the featured membership subscription?
SELL your products here and build a following with an empire! This membership allows you to sell your work in the forum page. What money you make is your own! Art Inspired Creations will not charge commission or take any money from your sales. We also promote our featured members on our Facebook page. We also offer privite catagory threads in the forum for featured members, as well as a business blog. This is great for members looking for a community to grow with. It also has all the perks of the silver membership! This subscription only costs $1 a month!* The paid subscription is considered membership dues, it is for selling on our website; that is why we do NOT charge commission or listing fees. We charge by month. The monthly payment goes back into the website to help maintain and update it, we are a social media website for artists, crafters and small businesses; funded by our community.

What is the gold membership subscription?
This membership has all the perks! Silver membership perks as well as the mystery project box and the gold membership all rolled into one! SELL your artwork and get a monthly project box for only $38 a month!
What are the community rules and guidelines?
Must be 18 or older to have an account
- NO selling of products without the purchase of a featured membership
- NO explicit content of any kind, this includes speech, videos, pictures, artwork, etc.
- NO bullying or hate speech
- NO selling of used clothes
- NO claiming work as your own if it is not yours. Give due credit!
- If anyone is caught violating any of the rules listed above...your account will be dealt with properly. An account may be deleted or locked.
Exchanges may happen if the product/s are unopened or unworn within 30 days from the date of received delivery. Art Inspired Creations does not pay for return shipping, we apologize. Please email us at artinspiredcreations@gmail.com with the subject "unhappy exchange" to start the exchange process. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide in the email details about your exchange so we can better service you in the future. An exchange is issued once the product/s is back in our possession. Exchanges can be of equal value.

How long after I place an order will I get something in the mail?
Im a featured member, how do I sell my art and handmade things?
Go to the forum, you will see a category that says 'sell/buy art' click on that. Then you should make a public post about the item you have for sale. Please be descriptive in what it is, the price, and the type of payment you have set up for example. People who come on the forum to buy products should see your listing and be able to contact you about it. We do ask that you follow community rules and guidelines at all times to ensure the safety of others. There are no commission or listing fees taken out of your sale. Your money is your money!
How do I buy art and handmade things from featured members?
Go to the forum page and you will see a category called 'sell/buy art', click on that. Once you do you should see posts from featured members. These posts will have items for sale, contact the featured member on how to buy their items.
Please allow up to one week for order processing. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery. In total 4 weeks at the most.

What is included in a monthly mystery project box?
Things to be included in a mystery project box is; art and crafts kits. It could be painting, drawing, jewelry making, or even clay kits. Each month is a different art kit. You will find supplies needed to do each project as well as an instruction sheet on how to use the supplies given. Mystery project kits are $50 including shipping.
If I sell my artwork and handmade things on the website, does this mean we will be partners?
No. Art Inspired Creations is an online artist community that helps network artists, crafters small businesses and art lovers come together.
I'm a featured member and someone bought something from me in the forum, how do I ship the order to them?
Why do I have to create a free account to view the community forums? I want to buy off featured members.
You must create a free account for the safety of our community. We need to make sure you are a real person and not a robot or anything else like that. By signing up for the silver membership, you get access to the community forums, where there is a category to buy from featured artists.
Unfortunately Art Inspired Creations does not offer a way to use shipping through us. However, after a customer buys something, process the order as you normally would. Go to the post office, UPS, FedEx etc, many have flat rate shipping boxes, or you can use your own. Once you send the order in the mail, they will give you a website and tracking number. Be sure to give the customer both so they may track the order. You can estimate shipping costs by asking the shipper the package weight or dimensions that you use for orders.
If I already have a website why create an account?
This is a community and here we can talk and network. Expanding your reach to more people, it helps with extra exposure. A free account lets you post events if they are small business or art themed. It allows you to talk in the community forum where you can network and talk to people.
Can I follow people like any other social media website?
Yes you can, we encourage it!
